Viaplay Xtra was a British sports television channel operated and owned by Viaplay Group. Viaplay Xtra launched as FreeSports on 31 August 2017, with the aim to provide free-to-air sports coverage and become a top three dedicated sports channel in the UK. The channel closed on January 25th 2024.
